his trust the most inviolate.

I'm a hobbyist photographer, a school counselor, a health junkie, and a mom. But above all, I'm just a woman living my truth. My biggest happiness in life is to savour each moment while it happens. That's all. That's everything.

The Summer of Weddings

That's what I'm calling it.

Four weddings -- including my brother's -- this summer. That's almost too much. I think I'm weddinged out.

(What?! It's a word.)

But all these weddings gave me a chance (when I remembered) to practice the bokehrama effect. This time with people.

Aside from the fact that I caught the groom mid-blink, it turned out okay.

And at least he wasn't scratching his nose in this one.

  1. Weddings come in huge numbers or not at all in my experience. Same with babies.

The moment a child is born, the mother is also born. She never existed before.
The woman existed, but the mother, never. A mother is something absolutely new.
